Payment Methods & Payment Issues
Payment Methods
The payment methods available to you are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your location, currency, and the payment providers enabled for your order.
Depending on your location, you may be able to pay using:
• Credit or debit cards
• PayPal
• Other payment methods displayed at checkout
Please select your preferred payment method during checkout and follow the instructions provided by the payment provider.
Payment Security
Payments are processed through secure payment providers. Nutrinner does not store your complete credit card number or security code.
Your bank or payment provider may review a transaction before approving it. This security review helps protect customers and payment accounts from unauthorized activity.
Why Did My Credit Card Payment Fail?
A payment may fail when the issuing bank or payment provider cannot verify certain transaction information. Common reasons include:
1. Incorrect billing address or ZIP/postal code
The billing address and ZIP or postal code should match the information registered with your card issuer.
2. Payment risk monitoring
Banks and payment providers may decline a transaction because of an unusual IP address, device, location, transaction amount, or other security factors.
3. Card restrictions
The card may be expired, blocked, over its limit, have insufficient funds, or have online or international payments disabled.
How to Resolve a Failed Payment
Please try the following steps:
1. Check that your card number, expiration date, CVV, billing address, and ZIP/postal code are correct.
2. Make sure the billing address matches the address registered with your bank.
3. Confirm that your card allows online and international transactions.
4. Contact your card issuer if the transaction continues to be declined.
5. Try another valid credit or debit card.
6. Try PayPal or another payment method shown at checkout, if available.
7. Avoid submitting the same failed transaction repeatedly.
Pending or Reversed Payments
Sometimes a bank may temporarily authorize a payment even when an order is not completed. This temporary authorization is normally released automatically according to your bank’s processing time.
If the amount remains pending for an unusually long time, please contact your bank or payment provider.
