FAQ
FAQ
Do I need to send you my video file?
No. Send us the public link to your video by email.
When can I request my reward?
After your video has remained public for 90 consecutive days, email us the verified view count and platform analytics proof.
What proof should I send?
A screenshot or screen recording from your platform analytics showing your account, video, and view count. Do not share your password or login details.
What happens if I delete or hide my video?
The video must remain public and available for the full 90-day period. If it is deleted, made private, or becomes unavailable, it will no longer qualify.
How is the reward calculated if my video is posted on several platforms?
We use the highest verified view count from one platform for that video. Views are not added together across platforms.
When will I be paid?
After your order, video, and view data have been verified, we’ll contact you by email to confirm payment details. Approved rewards are generally issued within 14 business days.
